For this reason, we have decided to use "per hour" support contracts. This enables small companies who would need little support to purchase only the amount of support that they need. Larger companies also benefit by not having a "per user" license, Instead of spending $2 million in per user support, a package can be purchased to more cost-effectively match the amount of support required.
