A fully Customized Implementation offers you the ability to assess your people against the requirements of a specific role in your organization, in the "language" of your business and gives them individualized developmental action plans linked to your existing learning programs.
Standard Implementation offers you the ability to assess your people against those professional competencies that have been found to be best practices for specific roles and gives them general developmental action plans.
Customized implementation is usually the preferred option for organizations who wish to assess a large number of people in a single role or a smaller number of people in a very critical role. In either case, we use a combination of testing methods to measure the competencies that have been identified as critical to the role in question.

The construction of the Skills & Capabilities Assessments is very robust, having been validated against over a broad range of adult learning models and methodologies. Please refer to our Design Methodology for additional information.Skills & Capabilities Assessments produce two individualized reports, the Assessment Summary and SMART Action Planner, for each person. These reports allow you to quickly assess a person's level of competency in each area of the role, their overall competency in the role and identify actions which should be taken to develop the competency area that will have the greatest impact on their performance.
The aggregate results produced for all the people you assess for a specific role give you critical information about the status of your talent pool and the training, development and coaching needs across that role. If your organization does not have appropriate training programs to meet the newly identified needs, or if your current programs need to be revamped, the aggregate information generated by the Skills & Capabilities Assessments will also form the foundation for the selection or design and development of the new programs.
